Reservation and cancellation

You can book a class or workshop in the studio TVOJA JOGA in advance through our reservation system.
By making a reservation you accept the reservation rules of the studio TVOJA JOGA. Your reservation is considered mandatory. Please, book a class only when you are seriously interested.

1. You can make a reservation via FACEBOOK or WEBSITE: by clicking on: „Book now“.
2. The reservation system offers current Timetable. By clicking on a particular class you are interested in, you move forward.
3. If you are a new user, create an account by clicking on CREATE ACCOUNT.  The first on-line reservation demands that you fill: your name, surname, phone number, valid e-mail and password you want to use. Immediately after that, we’ll send you an activation code to finish the registration.
4. When you choose a class, watch: the date, time and type of a class where you make a registration. The reservation systems opens 2 weeks in advance. It’s possible to register only one person under one account.
5. The system shows the maximum capacity and also number of people registered for a class. In case of cancelling a class by the studio TVOJA JOGA for technical reasons, all registered clients will be contacted 1 hour before the class at the latest.
6. You can book a class even when there is no vacancy. You will occupy a position of a substitute. The first substitute takes a vacated spot. Reservations made after the capacity of a class is full will be automatically used in order to fill the capacity of the room. A visitor receives an sms with the information that his registration was promoted from a substitute to a valid reservation.
7. Successful reservation will be confirmed by sending a Recapitulation message.
8. The reserved class will be reminded by sms (3 hours before the class). If you don’t receive it, it doesn’t mean the class is cancelled. There could be a technology failure. Please, check the current situation by calling the number 0918 374 997. These messages have only reminding character, they don’t serve as a cancellation of the class.
9. The studio opens 30 minutes before starting a class, we lock the door 5 minutes before starting a class.
10.  You can come to the studio even without a reservation in our reservation system, but:
    A) If the capacity of a class is full, you may not be able to participate.
    Clients with already booked reservations have advantage.
    B) If a class is cancelled due to lack of booked reservations, we are unable to inform a client without a booked reservation. The studio doesn’t bear responsibility for their decision to come without booking a reservation.

1. If you are not able to participate in class, please, cancel your reservation in time. The cancellation of a reservation is possible on-line – 4 hours before starting of a class at the latest. Regarding morning classes (6:30 – 11:00)  it’s necessary to cancel your reservation by 7PM of the previous day.

2. Cancellation of a class:

A)By clicking on link pointing to the cancellation of the reservation, which is a part of your confirming email.

B) In Administration of Reservations by clicking the button ” MANAGE YOUR RESERVATION”.

Cancellation via sms, e-mail or another form of a message may not be accepted.

3. Not cancelled reservation or a reservation cancelled too late (Less than 4 hours before an evening class, After 7PM of the previous day before a morning class) is appropriate to pay for in your next visit of our studio. This approach is responsible and fair for a lecturer. There are usually more substitutes for our classes and your decision not to come (despite several reminders) can take away their opportunity to come and relax. We try to cultivate a mutual respectable approach.

• Cancellation of a reservation 7-5 days before an event, we refund 50% of the total sum.
• Cancellation of a reservation 4-3 days before an event, we refund 30% of the total sum.
• Cancellation of a reservation 2-0 days before an event, there are no refunds.
• If you paid for an event and are unable to participate, you can send a replacement without paying any additional money.

• MORNING CLASSES (6:30 – 11:00) – cancellation by 7pm of the previous day at the latest.
• EVENING CLASSES – cancellation 4 hours before a class at the latest.
• PRIVATE CLASSES – cancellation 24 hours before a class at the latest.
